We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.

There are no standard shipping fees added to eligible U.S. orders at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation and Verification

We may contact customers to verify order details, shipping addresses, or delivery availability before processing or dispatching an order.

We reserve the right to place an order on hold or cancel it if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified.

6. Payment Upon Delivery

Customers must pay the full amount due for their order when the package is delivered.

Please prepare the correct payment amount whenever possible.

7. Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

  • Restocking fee: $0.
  • Customer-remorse return shipping: Paid by the customer.
  • Approved refunds: Arranged through an agreed refund method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Because payments are made through Cash on Delivery, refunds are not automatically returned to a credit or debit card.
