We currently ship within the United States with Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing is 1–2 business days, transit is 4–6 business days, and total estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.

Our shipping carrier is FedEx, and tracking is provided for shipped orders.

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

7. Billing and Payment Conditions

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at delivery, and all charges are in US Dollars ($).

We do not accept online credit or debit card payments, PayPal, Venmo, personal checks, or direct bank transfers for order payment at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Eligible products have a 30-day return window and a $0 restocking fee.

Customer-remorse return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
